Can a child travel alone?

It depends on age, route, travel time and the carrier's rules. Some routes don't carry children without an adult. A ticket alone doesn't guarantee boarding if the requirements aren't met.

  • Whether a child of this age may travel alone.
  • Whether an adult escort is required.
  • Which documents and permissions are needed.
  • Whether the departure time works — especially for night trips.

Is there a discount for an 11-year-old?

Yes, 50% — both within Kazakhstan and on Fargo international routes.

Is there a discount for a 14-year-old?

Within Kazakhstan — 50%. On international routes — the full fare (from 12).

Can a 17-year-old travel alone?

It depends on the carrier and route. Keep the 23:00–06:00 night rule in mind and agree the trip with us in advance.

Can a child travel with a grandparent?

It depends on the carrier's rules and documents. Going abroad may require notarised parental consent; for a night trip, mind the rules for children.

Do I need to book a child who travels free?

Yes. Free travel doesn't mean the child's details aren't needed: add them with “Add a child without a seat” — they'll be listed on the ticket.

Does the discount apply to the return trip from Russia?

On Fargo routes the child fare is the same in both directions. With other carriers, check the price in your booking before paying.
