You can return a ticket before the trip departs. Send a request — we'll calculate the refund under the rules and e-mail it to you.

  1. You can return a ticket before departure — through this form or by calling support.
  2. The refund amount depends on how much time is left before departure and is calculated under the Kazakhstan Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Road and the carrier's terms.
  3. If the trip is cancelled or rescheduled by the carrier, we refund the full price.
  4. Money is returned by the same method and in the same currency as the payment. Timing depends on the bank — usually up to 10 working days.
